Example of a small share: potatoes, spinach, kale, carrots, beets, butternut squash, shallots.

Example of a large share: potatoes,  spinach, carrots, kale, beets, lettuce, brussels sprouts, braising mix, shallots, and butternut squash. 

Bread,eggs, local meats and other local farm fare that folks have come to love at the farmstand will be offered for sale weekly at the farm pickup site on Thursdays and Saturdays.

OUR 2019 CSA is FULL for this Year. Thank you all!

This year (2019) will be our twelfth season offering shares in the Clear Brook Farm Winter Community Sponsored Agriculture (CSA) program.

The Winter CSA pickups start the week of October 7 (the first Thursday pickup is on Oct. 10) and go through December.

No pickup the week of Thanksgiving. The week prior to the Thanksgiving and the last pickup, 1.5 shares will be provided.

During the CSA you will be getting 11 shares of value in 10 pickups. 

We offer Thursday pickups at the Farm and Battenkill Books in Cambridge NY. Our Saturday pickups are at the Farm and the First Congregational Church in Manchester across from the Equinox Hotel. 
• Pickups will be weekly starting Thursday Oct. 10, and Saturday Oct. 12
through until just before Christmas. 
• If you will miss a pick-up please let us know by Tuesday of that week 
so we can plan accordingly. 
• Weekly emails are sent out with the week's veggie list, plus recipes 
and general info so you stay connected to what is going on around the farm. 

** There will be various offerings (bread, eggs, cheese, yogurt, meat, etc…) from local farms for sale at pickups on farm.
• Vegetables we are growing for the Fall/Winter shares: broccoli, cauliflower, fennel, brussel sprouts, collards, kale, bok choi, napa cabbage, green and red cabbage, potatoes, sweet potatoes, celeriac, garlic, leeks, shallots, onions, spinach, arugula, lettuce, swiss chard, beets, carrots, parsnips, rutabagas, storage radishes, daikon, colored peppers (weather permitting), winter squash,  cilantro, kohlrabi, parsley.
