Produce

Clear Brook Farm grows about twenty-five acres of certified organic vegetables and small fruits. If a vegetable can be grown in the Northeast, we try to grow it! As part of our practice, we pay careful attention to crop rotation and soil health in order to grow healthy organic produce free of synthetic pesticides. Most of our produce is sold through the farm stand; Clear Brook Farm also sells at two farmer's markets, our Winter CSA, and the Senior Share Program which distributes food to low income seniors.

Clear Brook Farm adds to its organic produce selection by offering a LARGE selection of other seasonal fruits and vegetables, local breads, cheeses, and yogurts, Vermont organic milk, fresh pastries and pies, locally produced maple syrup, and much more. This year some friends of the farm, whose family farms olives in Greece, will be supplying us with the most fantasticly fresh olive oil that can be found no where else!
