Clear Brook Farm Winter CSA 2011

2011 will be our Fourth season offering shares in the Clear Brook Farm Winter Community Sponsored Agriculture (CSA) program. Last year was very successful and we hope to offer around 200 shares this year. The Winter CSA will have a total of 12 pick-up weeks. Pickups will be weekly mid-October through December (There will be no pickup Thanksgiving week). We will do 2 pickup weeks in January (dates to be determined)

Clear Brook Farm offers Thursday pick-ups at the Farm and at Battenkill Books in Cambridge NY. Our Saturday pick-ups are both at the Farm and at Al Ducci's in Manchester VT.

New this year is our "Small Share" which will be aimed more towards individuals and couples. Also new this year we will be offering more customer choice when picking up produce at the farm. For those who get produce deliverd to Al Ducci's or Battenkill Books, we will not be able to offer this option as we pre-box your share before delivery. 
 

Clear Brook Full Share ($425). This may include a different mix of the following: arugula, lettuce, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, celeriac, chard, kale, collards, spinach, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower, parsley, cilantro, winter squash, potatoes, onions, garlic, radish, carrots, parsnips, turnips, beets, popcorn, dried beans and more!!

Clear Brook Farm Small Share ($275) This share is like the full share, but there will be fewer items each week, but still a mix of greens and roots.

Bread/Egg Share (Clear Brook Share plus $90). This share is a new offering this year and it will include the Clear Brook share plus a loaf of local bread every week and a dozen eggs every other week.

The Localvore Share ($Clear Brook Share plus $300) includes everything in the Clear Brook Share and Bread/Egg share plus other local offerings (within a 200 mile radius)  such as Butterworks yogurt, cheese from Berle Farm, Northern Spy Farm, Three Corners Farm and many more! Vermont tofu, Vermont grown and milled flour, Berle Farm cornmeal, Scott Farm low spray apples, Hawthorne Valley Farm gingered carrots and saurkraut,  Vermont grown cranberries and much more!
